10 Week Journey

Dive in with me to a 10 week transformative journey, using the breath to bring in a mind, body, heart, and soul transformation, integrating the practices, exercises, and mindsets to not only be on a mental capacity, but felt and applied in your body and heart. 

In this journey, we will "aim to "free your breath", as this usually happens within 10 sessions. A free breath allows for a freer and more stable life, creating a space between you and your thoughts that becomes your normal state. A free breath is a deep, full, pleasurable, and automatic breath in each center of your core - lower belly, solar plexus, chest, and throat.

Group Breathwork

Sessions

In a group session, the breathwork process is the same as a private session, the only difference is that I will not be focusing ONLY on you, and instead moving around the room and guiding people as needed, making personalized corrections.

Because I want to give my attention to all students, I keep the groups no more than 12 people.
